• Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 working days
• Net Banking: 5–7 working days
• Wallet: 24 ghante mein

🏟️ Turf Owner ki taraf se Cancellation

Agar turf owner ya TurfBook kisi reason se booking cancel karta hai (maintenance, emergency, etc.), to:

• Aapko advance mein inform kiya jaayega
• 100% full refund guaranteed
• Agle booking pe special discount bhi milega

🌧️ Weather Cancellation

Udaipur mein heavy rain ya extreme weather ki wajah se khelna impossible ho jaaye to:

• Turf owner se direct contact karo
• Owner ke discretion pe refund ya rescheduling possible hai
• TurfBook support se bhi help le sakte hain

• Booking select karo
• "Cancel Booking" press karo
• Confirm karo — refund automatically process ho jaata hai
